Probe into Bakht's death

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State Government has announced the appointment of Dr K. Mohandas, Director, Sri Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology, as a one-man commission to look into the medical treatment provided to the former Kerala Governor, Mr Sikander Bakht, who passed away on February 23, says an official press release.

The commission, which will submit its report in two months, will examine whether any lapses or carelessness occurred in the treatment given to Mr Bakht, the release added.
