THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Indian Overseas Bank has announced the appointment of Mr Joginder Pal as the Chief Regional Manager of the bank's Thiruvananthapuram Region.

He replaces Mr P. Kunhiraman, who has been transferred to the bank's head office, says an official press release.
