Motorola outlet in Chennai

CHENNAI: The first exclusive outlet in South India for Motorola handsets was inaugurated in Chennai today. The Munoth group runs the outlet.

Following the opening, Mr U. Narendra Nayak, Director of Sales & Distribution at Motorola, said the exclusive outlet was in keeping with the company's plan to create the right environment to sell its high-end products.

The company plans to open more such outlets that aim to help a prospective customer understand the functions of handsets that can take pictures and transmit the same. At present, these handsets cost about Rs 20,000.
