Non-Executive head of Aztec

NEW DELHI: The board of directors of Aztec Software & Technology Services Ltd has approved the appointment of Mr K.B. Chandrasekar as the Non-Executive Chairman of the board.

Mr Chandrasekar as Chairman will be based in the US. He takes over from the company's founder Mr S. Parthasarathy who will continue on the Board and provide strategic guidance to the company going forward.

Mr Chandrasekar is Chairman of e4e Inc., a global technology holding company and full-service operating enterprise, which he co-founded.
