Color Chips into gaming

HYDERABAD: Color Chips India Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has signed an agreement with Hanrej Software Solutions Private Ltd for acquiring games content developed by Hanrej and thereby foray into the global gaming market, particularly mobile phone gaming.

As per the terms of the agreement signed with Hanrej Software Solutions Pvt Ltd, Color Chips, in a release to the BSE, has stated that the company has acquired the universal rights for the games developed by the former and all the intellectual property rights be vested with Color Chips. This would enable Color Chips to market gaming solutions through its marketing network to major telecom companies across the globe.
