Gaddar's appeal to CEC

HYDERABAD: Noted balladeer Gaddar has alleged that huge deployment of security personnel for the ensuing polls was aimed at rigging by the ruling Telugu Desam Party.

In a memorandum submitted to Mr K.S. Krishna Murthy, Chief Election Commissioner, Gaddar wondered how the poor could exercise their franchise without fear in the presence of thousands of security personnel.
