CRICKET lovers eager to be in Pakistan may now find it easier to reach the cricketing venue. Indian Airlines (IA) on Friday announced that it would offer more than 1,450 additional seats between Delhi and Lahore. The airline is to operate additional flights from March 19 to March 25.

On March 21, the IA flight will leave Delhi at 7.45 a.m. and arrive at Lahore at 8.15 a.m. The return flight will leave Lahore at 9 a.m. and arrive here at 10.30 a.m.

Similarly, on March 23 and 25, the flight will leave Delhi at 1 p.m. and arrive at Lahore at 1.30 p.m. After a stop of 45 minutes the flight will leave Lahore at 2.15 p.m. arriving back in Delhi at 3.45 p.m. The airline plans to operate an Airbus A-300 aircraft in place of the regular A-320 aircraft, thereby offering an additional 100 seats per flight on the route on March 19 and March 22.
