Restraint on Aftek Infosys

Mumbai , March 12

THE Securities and Exchanges Board of India (SEBI) has prohibited the promoters of Aftek Infosys Ltd from buying, selling or dealing in securities for a period of one year, according to a press release.

SEBI had conducted investigations into the alleged irregularities in the dealing of the Aftek scrip. The promoters have been found guilty of violating the provisions of prohibition of fraudulent and unfair trade practices relating to the securities market, stated the release.
