TO provide a fillip to sagging sales of the Versa, car market leader Maruti Udyog Ltd has announced the launch of a new variant of the MUV.

The new variant priced at Rs 3.27 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) is a five-seater, and comes with a heater and with the provision to fit an air-conditioner. According to a release, the new variant will help Maruti retain its large base of Omni customers by providing an excellent upgrade option for them.
