New Treasury Head for Centurion Bank

Mumbai , March 16

CENTURION Bank has appointed Ms Tarini Vaidya as Treasury Head. Earlier, she was working with HSBC Software Development India, prior to which she was CEO of Belgium's KBC Bank in Mumbai.

She replaces Mr P.P. Mendes, who still continues in the team.

Mr Vaidya's induction into the bank is part of the management restructuring at the bank, according to a release.

As part of its capital infusion, the bank plans to raise Rs 65 crore through a rights issue in the coming fiscal.
