IA, Jet launch new schemes for Chennai-Bangalore

INDIAN Airlines and Jet Airways have come out with special promotional schemes on the Chennai-Bangalore-Chennai sector to increase their market share.

Passengers travelling with IA in this sector on a normal full-fare ticket of Indian Airlines or Alliance and have completed a total of 10 single trips between March 16 and June 15 will be given a free return ticket to any of IA's international destinations.

Jet Airways is introducing apex fares for 15 days, 21 days and a super apex fare for 30 days on this sector. An airline press release said the 15-day apex fare will be Rs 2,000 and is available for travel on or after March 25. The 21-day apex fare is Rs 1,700 and is available for travel on or after April 10, and the 30-day super apex fare is Rs 1,500 from April 10 onwards.
