SCB Home Saver gets good response

Our Bureau

Bangalore , March 18

STANDARD Chartered Bank said its home loan product Home Saver has been chosen by close to 40 per cent of its new customers since the launch of the product in April 2002.

A Home Saver customer can operate as a regular bank account, wherein the customer can deposit and withdraw money whenever it is needed at no charge. Every rupee kept in the account, even for a day, is deducted from the principal loan amount.
