Capitel launches pocket PC with built-in mobile

CAPITEL Wireless Pvt Ltd has announced the launch of a Pocket PC with built-in mobile phone and digital camera, the P300. Priced at Rs 35,999, the product, is being brought into the country in technical collaboration with E-Ten Information Systems Co. Ltd., USA.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Arvind Kapur, President, Capitel Wireless Pvt. Ltd, noted that the P300 is as small as any conventional mobile phone, but what differentiate it from one are its computing features. The Pocket PC P300 delivers wireless capabilities, increased multimedia and exciting entertainment features of the new Microsoft Windows Mobile 2003(tm) software for Pocket PC Phone Edition operating system, all in an ultra-light device that fits easily in the users' pocket.

Designed for professionals and road warrior knowledge workers, the P300 helps users integrate their digital lifestyle with mobile business and personal productivity capabilities. In addition to multimedia ability, P300 also features a built-in tri-band GSM/GPRS module, offering wireless connectivity that gives users the freedom they need in their mobile lifestyles.
