SIS to integrate Data Captor

HYDERABAD: Surgical Information Systems (SIS) and Capsule Technologies, a medical device connectivity solutions provider announced that SIS will integrate Capsule Technologies DataCaptor solution that helps collect and manage bedside medical device data in the SIS peri-operative information system.

SIS offers healthcare providers with a comprehensive automated solution for effectively managing the entire peri-operative case. Integration of DataCaptor with existing SIS modules will be carried out at the SIS development centre in Hyderabad, according to a press release.

DataCaptor digitally collects, decodes and distributes all the medical data that is made available at the digital communication port of medical devices from manufacturers around the world.
