Rubber dull on poor buying

THE rubber market remained unchanged on Wednesday. The market stayed almost inactive in the last trading day of the current fiscal without any interest.

Neither the producing sector nor the consuming sector appeared in the trading circles. The transactions were extremely thin.

In the domestic spot market, RSS 4 closed at Rs 56 as on Tuesday. The TOCOM April features for RSS 3 improved to 140.7 yen from 139.9 yen.

The April delivery was quoted at Rs 56.25 (56.19), May delivery at Rs 58.70 (58.57), June delivery at Rs 60.65 (60.64) and July delivery at Rs.61.07 (61.21) per kg for RSS 4.The volumes were meagre.
