AP Tourism fair from tomorrow

HYDERABAD: Promoting Andhra Pradesh as a tourist destination, the State Government, in association with the Bangalore-based India International Travel Mart, is organising a three-day travel and tourism fair here beginning April 2.

Slated to be held at Kotla Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium at Yousufguda, the fourth edition of India International Travel and Tourism Exhibition would have 70 stalls, showcasing a variety of tourism destinations and products.

"Besides some State Governments from the South, we are getting representations from Sri Lanka, the UK, Malaysia and Nepal," Ms Chandana Khan, Principal Secretary to Govt of AP (Tourism), said. Addressing a press conference here today, she said the mart would provide an ideal marketing opportunity. - Our Bureau
