Training for ITES job aspirants

KOLKATA: St. Xavier's College will join hands with Technable Solutions Pvt Ltd to provide training and certification in IT-enabled services and business process outsourcing (BPO).

The courses are being offered by St Xavier's - Technable ITeS Academy, an anchor company set up under the umbrella of the Department of Science & Technology's Entrepreneurship Development Cell, Kolkata.

While St Xavier's College is lending its name to the initiative and providing infrastructure support in terms of classrooms and computers, Technable Solutions is providing the faculty and training modules. The course is open to all those who have passed 10 + 2.

According to Mr Santanu Bhattacharya, Managing Director of Technable Solutions Pvt Ltd, training would be offered in two tracks - the call centre (voice) track and BPO (non-voice) track.
