Mumbai , March 31

SPANCO Telesystems & Solutions has announced its offer of 69.85 lakh equity shares of face value Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 15 per share to the member of the company in the ratio of one new equity share for every share held.

The company in a notice to the stock exchange also said that it has decided to offer and issue 3.01 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each, for cash at a premium of Rs 15 per share to the Indian public and other investors on the public issue basis.
