Hyderabad , April 2

PEOPLEONE Consulting, a human capital management solutions company, is set to expand to about 40 cities via franchisee mode. It has currently seven centres in India and West Asia.

The Chief Operating Officer of Peopleone Consulting, Mr Sudhakar Balakrishnan, in a statement, said this franchisee drive has been launched to tap the cities that offer growth opportunities and where the company does not have presence. The Peopleone franchisee would work to provide clients HR services such as recruitment, training and temporary staffing.

Mr Balakrishnan said, "We are targeting professionals, first generation entrepreneurs and local players in the HR space, as our franchisees. They will also have the capability to invest and manage the business."

The company has grown consistently at 100 per cent since its inception and recorded a turnover of Rs 8 crore in 2002-2003 and closed with revenues of Rs 26 crore in 2003-2004.

The first phase of operations of this HR-related solutions company, with strategic investment from JP Morgan Partners, will see expansions into Vijayawada, Visakapatnam, Mangalore, Mysore, Goa, Coimbatore, Pondicherry, Kochi, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Allahabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Jamshedpur, according to a company release.
