Herbal cultivation training in Madurai

MADURAI: The Tamil Nadu Council For Enterprise Development (TACED) is organising a two-day training programme on `Herbal Cultivation' on April 6 and 7 in the city.

In a statement here, the organisation's Senior Consultant, Mr M. Jeyakumar, has said that the programme would cover source of seeds, sapling materials, agro technology, strategies for processing and market scope for cultivated herbals including a short trip to herbal farms. Arrangements are also made for contract farming through identified reputed business houses.
