Incentive to savings agents

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Savings agents canvassing Public Provident Fund Accounts and those canvassing deposit schemes from employees retiring from Government service and public sector companies will get their commission paid on-the-spot from June 1.

This supersedes an earlier arrangement in which the commission would be paid from April 1 onwards. The agents are to submit their commission claims for business conducted up to May 31at the Regional Office of the National Savings Organisation.
