vCustomer opens Pune centre

PUNE: vCustomer, the US-based BPO, contact centre and technical support services, which has its three processing centres in New Delhi, has opened its fourth centre in Pune. The facility, spread across 60,000 sq ft is expected to employ 1,000 people within the next two quarters. This would bring in the total employee strength to over 4,000, according to an official release.
