THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: People who want to include their names in the voters' list must submit their applications by April 15, says an official press release.

Forms for this purpose are available at the taluk offices, the release adds. People with voters' ID cards will be allowed to vote in the coming parliamentary elections only if their names are on the voters' list, the release adds.
