INDO Rama Textiles Ltd has reported a net profit of Rs 9.25 crore for the year ended March 31, 2004, compared with Rs 7.86 crore in the same period last year.

Gross turnover stood at Rs 373.73 crore (Rs 330.04 crore). A company statement said the board of directors has recommended a dividend of 15 per cent for 2003-04.
