Satyam board meet

HYDERABAD: A meeting of the Board of Directors of Satyam Computer Services Ltd is scheduled to be held on April 22 to consider inter alia the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31.

The board will consider the final dividend for the financial year 2003- 2004, the company has informed the BSE.
