TRANSWORKS, a part of the Aditya Birla Group's BPO/CRM company, has appointed Mr Venky N. Venkatesh as its senior Vice-President (Business Development).

He will be responsible for strengthening the company's sales, marketing and strategic partnership in Europe, which contributes 35 per cent of the company's business. The company's revenue touched 15 million this year and its employee strength is expected to cross the 3,000-mark by the middle of the current fiscal.
