KOCHI: The work on the Kaloor-Kadavanthra road is fast nearing completion after long legal tussles. The officials at the Greater Cochin Development Authority said that the road would be ready for commissioning by the middle of May.

The work on the 400 metre stretch is going on in full swing with about 60 labourers employed at the site. Two layers of metalling have been given to the stretch and the work on central median and footpath is now progressing.
