Cranes Soft share redemption

BANGALORE: Cranes Software International Ltd, a scientific and engineering software products and solutions provider, announced on Wednesday that its board has approved the redemption of the existing two lakh preference shares of Rs 100 each. The redemption will be at par value and will involve cash outflow of Rs 2 crore.

With the redemption of the outstanding preference shares, the paid-up share capital of the company will stand at Rs 10.167 crore, comprising 1.02 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each, said a press release.
