SRF panel to consider polyester film biz buy

Mumbai , April 24

SRF Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that at the company's board of directors meeting held on April 20, the board considered the proposal to acquire the polyester film business from SRF Polymers Ltd. The board has constituted a committee of directors to examine the proposal.
