Amit Spinning to discuss CDR

AMIT Spinning Industries Ltd has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board meeting is scheduled to be held on April 30 to take on record the corporate debt restructuring approval letter received from the CDR Cell for restructuring the company's long-term debts under the CDR mechanism.
