Medusind buys SRF Infotech

CHENNAI: Medusind Solutions, healthcare business service provider, has acquired SRF Infotech, a healthcare outsourcing business of SRF Ltd, for Rs 3 crore.

Medusind will acquire the management and business assets of the Chennai-based SRF Infotech, which has been has been providing voice and data services to US healthcare clients in the last one year.

The investment will help Medusind, a Mumbai-based firm, to establish a disaster recovery platform and provide access to trained healthcare experts, says a company release.
