Kochi Refineries Q4 net falls 28 pc

Kochi , April 29

KOCHI Refineries Ltd (KRL) on Thursday said its net profit in the fourth quarter ended March fell by 28 per cent to Rs 210.4 crore, compared with Rs 290.6 crore for the same period in the previous fiscal. Sales rose to Rs 3,038 crore ( Rs 2,794.8 crore).

For the fiscal 2003-04, KRL posted a net profit of Rs 555.1 crore (Rs 456 crore) on sales of Rs 9,923.3 crore, (Rs 9,299.5 crore).

The board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 12 per share for 2003-04.
