Hero Honda sales up 46 pc in April

New Delhi , May 1

TWO-wheeler major Hero Honda has announced a 46 per cent increase in sales in April 2004 to 1,96,024 units from 1,34,318 units in the same month last year.

The company also said that the Hero Honda CD-Dawn crossed the 5-lakh sales mark in the 13th month since its launch in April. This makes the entry-level model asthe fastest selling motorcycle, surpassing the earlier record of Passion, launched in 2001.
