Chemfab to issue pref shares

CHENNAI: Chemfab Alkalis Ltd plans to issue 7 per cent cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs 1,000 each up to Rs 7 crore on a preferential, private placement basis to foreign institutional investors, companies incorporated outside India, overseas corporate bodies and promoters, according to a company notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
