HYDERABAD: IVRCL Infrastructures & Projects Ltd has informed bourses that the company has been awarded the contract for turnkey execution of a group housing project for AP Cine Workers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd at Khajaguda in Rangareddy district of Andhra Pradesh at a cost of Rs 182 crore.

The project consists 3,200 lower and middle income group housing units besides 360 duplex houses and 190 row houses for higher income group people. The total built up area of all complexes would be 2.9 million square feet.

The company has undertaken the responsibility of tying up finances for the individuals through various banks and housing finance institutions.
