Human Resources Hewitt launches `Best employers in India 2004' Our Bureau
New Delhi , May 3 HEWITT Associates, a global human resources outsourcing and management consulting firm, on Monday announced the launch of the `Best Employers in India 2004' research study in association with CNBC India. The `Best Employers' research, according to a Hewitt statement here, is conducted globally by the consulting firm in India, Australia, Europe, North America, South America and across eight markets in Asia. The research recognises a "circle" of the country's best employers by identifying those organisations whose personnel practices drive employee satisfaction and business results. The `Best Employers in India 2004' study is open to all organisations in the country which have been established for a minimum of three years and employ not less than a total of 250 full-time employees. In conducting this study, Hewitt ensures complete confidentiality of the participating organisations and their data and only names of those companies who make it to the `Best Employers' list are announced. Organisations interested in participating in the study can either contact Hewitt Associates, or apply through www.BestEmployersIndia.com or send an e-mail to BestEmployersIndia@hewitt.com. Applications are to be submitted no later than May 25.
