Hyderabad , May 4

THE Chennai-based Korea Trade Center, an arm of Korea Trade Investment Promotion Agency, is hosting two trade delegations from Korea in Chennai on May 17 and June 7.

The delegations would scout for buyers and collaborators. The delegation that is coming on May 17 would comprise 13 different products, Ms Latha Perumal, Secretary of Korea Trade Center (KOTRA), told Business Line.

These products included auto moving screens (for advertisements), 2D-to-3D conversion LCD monitors, closed-circuit televisions and food products.

"The meetings will provide an opportunity to interact with the Korean firms and forge relationships," she said.

Ms Perumal is in the city to conduct a catalogue show of the Korean companies at Federation of Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FAPCCI) as a run-up for the upcoming visits. The second delegation visiting on June 7 mostly consisted of plastic injection mould companies. "Six plastic injection mould companies and three firms which are into dyes for press components will send their representatives to the meeting," she said.
