Cranes Software net at Rs 32.56 cr

CRANES Software International Ltd (CSIL) has reported a net profit of Rs 32.56 crore for the year-ended March 31, 2004, a 132 per cent increase over corresponding previous year.

Operating revenues grew by 86 per cent to Rs 113.69 crore, said a company press release. The board of director has recommended a dividend of Rs 1.5 per share (15 per cent on face value of Rs 10 each) and an additional one-time special dividend of Rs 1.5 per share for the year.

CSIL also proposes to increase the FII investment limit in the company to 49 per cent and increase in the borrowing powers of the board from Rs 50 crore to Rs 200 crore at the forthcoming annual general meeting.
