Announcements Sierra Atlantic to strengthen ties with Siebel Systems Our Bureau
Hyderabad , May 6 SIERRA Atlantic has announced the expansion of its Universal Application Network (UAN) Centre of Excellence at Hyderabad by strengthening ties with Siebel Systems to support the latter's global clients and plans to provide remote configuration and technical support. This centre specialises in building, porting, testing and deploying business integration applications by leveraging the company's research and development relationship with Siebel Systems. This supports a working lab for configuring, building, testing and validating integration applications for Siebel customers. The Chief Executive Officer of Sierra Atlantic, Mr Raju Reddy, in a statement said, "At Sierra Atlantic we share a common vision with Siebel Systems built on the premise that packaged, process-based integration solutions enable customers to affect transformational change in their businesses and reduce cost and rigidity in their IT environment. Through our partnership with Siebel Systems, our domain expertise with Siebel business applications and our investments in Universal Application Network, we deliver solutions for our customers." The Sierra Centre unifies resources across Hyderabad, India and Fremont, California and consists of about 200 professionals, ranging from project managers to software architects and subject matter experts in various industry verticals, including manufacturing, communications and financial services.
