Safexpress scheme for refrigeration industry

Bangalore , May 6

LOGISTICS company Safexpress has launched customised support solutions for the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry that promises the white goods industry the lowest inventory holding through a `single window' scheme.

The initiative, called `Beat the heat,' offers solutions to ensure that the refrigeration fraternity reaches out to its markets by keeping prices competitive. Better logistics management will also ensure timely and optimum market supply, said Mr Pawan Jain, Chairman and Managing Director, Safexpress.

Safexpress has models such as Direct to Customer and Customer through Channel. These reduce inventory costs, resulting in a direct impact on the manufacturers' bottomlines. With services covering bar coding and warehouse management, quality checks and customised carriage, the new offering is an essential tool to surge ahead in the fiercely competitive refrigeration/air-conditioning industry, particularly during the peak of summer when the demand for the goods are at its peak.

`Beat the Heat' is in keeping with Safexpress' strategy to offer tailor-made solutions to industry verticals, said Mr Jain.
