IIPM releases economy review

THE Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM) has released the `India Economy Review 2003-04,' a thematic compilation of economic thought, ideas, questions and solutions.

Releasing the review here, Mr M.K. Chaudhuri, Founder-Director of IIPM, blamed the politicians for not educating the masses enough.
