Century Enka fixes book closure

MUMBAI: Century Enka Ltd has fixed its book closure from June 15 to 21, for the purposes of the annual general meeting and dividend payment for the year ended March 31, 2004.

The board recommended a dividend of Rs 6 per equity share of Rs 10 for the year ended March 31, 2004. The AGM will be held on June 26.
