Subex plans to hike capital

BANGALORE: Subex Systems Ltd is seeking to hike its authorised share capital to Rs 32.1 crore from 30.78 crore.

The company has called for an extraordinary general meeting to seek the shareholder's approval in this regard. The company in a notice to the Bombay Stock Exchange said that it also expected to seek approval to increase the borrowing powers of the board of directors to Rs 75 crore.
