Wyeth okays divestment of Mumbai plant

Mumbai , May 13

WYETH Ltd has approved a proposal for the divestment of its entire manufacturing facility at Ghatkopar, Mumbai, on a going concern basis, the company informed the BSE.

At it's board meeting held here today, the company said that it had considered all possible options, before evaluating and approving the proposal for disinvestment.
