NEW DELHI Television Ltd (NDTV) on Saturday announced that Mr N. R. Narayana Murthy, Chairman and Chief Mentor, Infosys Technologies Ltd, and three others have joined the NDTV board of directors as independent members.

According to a company release, apart from Mr Murthy, those joining the board as independent members include Mr Tarun Das, Director-General, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Mr Amal Ganguli, Former Chairman, PricewaterhouseCoopers-India, and Ms Indrani Roy, Co-ordinator, Peaceworks Programme, Seagull Foundation for the Arts.

Further, the company has received the listing and the trading approval from the BSE and NSE. The shares are expected to start trading from Tuesday.
