Standards & Benchmarks SunTec assessed at CMM Level 5 Our Bureau
Thiruvananthapuram , May 17 SUNTEC Business Solutions, a Thiruvananthapuram-based software developer specialising in transaction billing solutions, has been assessed at SEI-CMM Level 5. SunTec becomes the first company in the world in the customer care and billing domain to achieve a CMM Level 5 rating, according to Mr K. Nandakumar, President and Chief Executive Officer. The company was assessed for design, development, implementation and customer support functions at its global software development centre based here. "This is a major milestone for us. Ever since we started our operations, we have been stressing on quality. This achievement represents the strong commitment and capability of our people," Mr Nandakumar said.
