HYDERABAD: Kinetic Motor Company has launched Kinetic Zing 80, a scooterette, in Andhra Pradesh.

``It features a more powerful engine with improved acceleration and bigger tyres, while retaining Kinetic Zing features such as mobile phone charge point and cola can holder,'' said Mr A.D. Verma, General Manager (Sales), Kinetic.

The new scooterette aimed at the youth is priced at Rs 29,323 (on road, Hyderabad). ``This gives a price advantage of Rs 5,000 over our competition,'' said Mr Verma. He added that Kinetic Zing had captured about 25 per cent of the market share in the scooterette segment in key locations. ``We are looking at doubling the market share.''
