Matrix Labs allots shares to foreign funds

Hyderabad , May 25

THE board of directors of Matrix Laboratories Ltd, has allotted equity shares in favour of two foreign funds on a preferential allotment basis.

At a meeting held on Tuesday, the board allotted 11,25,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to India Newbridge Investments Ltd, an investment vehicle of Newbridge Capital, at Rs 1500 per share. The board also allotted an equal number of shares at the same price in favour of Maxwell (Mauritius) Pte Ltd, an investment vehicle of Temasek Holdings Pvt Ltd.

The company said its board had also adopted a resolution reconstituting various board committees - audit committee, remuneration committee, investors grievance committee, share transfer committee and share allotment committee.
