Member lines in Asia raise freight

Kolkata , May 26

THE member lines of Far East-India-UAE-West Asia Forum have decided to increase freight charges by $400 (about Rs 18,000) per TEU (twenty-foot equivalent unit) with effect from July 1. The member lines are China Shipping, CMA-CGM, Delmas, Gold Star, Maersk-Sealand, PIL and P&O Nedlloyd.
