The other 1944-born Aquarian, Mr Lakshmaiah (Major Irrigation), an engineer who studied in the US, hails from Kilashatanda village of Warangal district in Telangana. Mr N. Raghuveera Reddy (Agriculture Minister), a law graduate hailing from Madakasira in Anantapur district of Rayalseema region, was born on February 12, 1957.
